Bob Dylan will make his first American appearance in the fall of 2019. He toured Europe for part of the year, but had just announced 28 shows in the US.
Most of Dylan's news in 2019 is dedicated to several projects dedicated to his famous and chaotic Reving Thunder Revue. In early June, a series of 14 CDs with five complete shows and samples of this title were delivered to the shelves starting in the mid-1970s. A few days later, a documentary on the tour was released on Netflix under the direction of Martin Scorsese.
Dylan ended his European meetings in July with two featured concerts with his old friend Neil Young. Last night, two musicians played a duet with the Carter family anthem at the Novlan Park in Kilkenny, Ireland, "Will the Circle Be Continuous" when they premiered the stage in 1994 at the Rosland New York Ballroom. Both played as early as 1975 in San Francisco a song.
